Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Please review the booking details carefully, as TravelDesk is not responsible for any errors or discrepancies.

Cancellation and Refunds

The applicable cancellation and refund policy will be displayed during the booking process and in your booking confirmation. You agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policy associated with your booking.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, and software, available through the Services is the property of TravelDesk or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without the express written permission of TravelDesk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will TravelDesk be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Services, even if TravelDesk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Arab Emirates, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

TravelDesk reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.By continuing to access or use the Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. Termination

TravelDesk may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to or use of the Services, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law. These Terms, together with any additional terms and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and TravelDesk concerning the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations, or communications, whether written or oral, between you and TravelDesk relating to the subject matter hereof.
